Figured I'd start my own animation thread. Still getting used to SFM, here's some of the work I've done so far! Not bad, I liked it. Although some motions are quite slow. Surprised no one commented.

I'd say for your first animations (at least publicly posted ones) their very good. Sure its not on like Vaako's level but for a self-confessed newbie to SFM its pretty good. Yeah it needs some work on smoothing and and I think on the second video the pace should be picked up a bit as far as the whole Chris picking Jill up. But I mean the whole framework is solid as far as a video goes, it just needs a little bit more finesse that'll come with time and experience is all.

Impressive, I like the camera movement and that second animation is pretty funny how he sneaks up on her like that. With some more experience I think you could make some truly great ones ;)

Thanks for the feedback folks! This next one is kind of a continuation of Chris' shenanigans. Not sure about the lightning or my camera angle in this one, it feels a bit off. Oh, and I gave Chris a mask, since he feels the need to keep his identity hidden from Jill :P . Edit: Oh, and I had some troubles finding the right software for creating the GIF. I used Gimp for this one, would be cool to hear your suggestions for what software you'd prefer!

Looks good. I use my light to highlight parts where I want the eye to travel to subconsciously. Experiment with that! As for the angle, if you are unsure about the angle, use more angles(cameras and more gifs). I export my videos and import into photoshop(Import video to layers or something) and there I have full control of quality and editing.
