Damn you, Chrome. You've done well for so long and this is where you fail! :x

As per this topic. Embedded videos do not render in Chrome. IE users receive a content warning. Chrome's console output:
[blocked] The page at https://digitalero.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=48 ran insecure content from http://www.youtube.com/v/GMpa7o7Bkvg.
Chrome's default security settings block scripts and flash objects which are embedded on the page but are not served over https. (Internet Explorer shows a warning for that same reason) Youtube supports https by default. Changing the bbcode structure to make Youtube videos serve over https should solve the problem. Make sure all your resources are served over https. This includes stylesheets, javascript and flash or java objects.

Lol. Exactly what I was gonna say. Hmm. I think this new forum got updated, but the videos used to work, but now they don't. I'm using Chrome.. Strange.

Chrome? Why would you install spyware on your computer?

I already filed a bug report explaining the cause of the problem, but the admins seem to be too busy masturbating to respond to it.

You clearly have no idea what spyware is.

If you'd have read my bug report, you would know that this problem is mainly due to Chrome's higher security standards. Basically, Firefox and Safari are letting unsecured web objects slip through on secure connections. So much for a superior browser. :ugeek: Now if you'd please fix your site, it'd be much appreciated.

As I said in my bug report. It's only on this site, and Chrome's console output pretty much confirms that it's an issue with your embedding bbcode.

I am also a chrome user, and I cannot see the youtube videos here. I'm never going back to firefox, chrome is significantly faster! And takes up about 1/8th the resources. I got tired of a single firefox window on google.com taking up 700 MB of ram.

Why you had to create a seperate topic for this is beyond me, Evil-Ash, but my bug report can be found here: https://digitalero.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=128
