Briffault

Which bones should be used the most for this pose? If I bend her over too far, the thighs start to look a little warped and pointed.

You can fix this by moving the thigh bones around AFTER removing the IK rig from the model. Just make sure you are done with animating, as reapplying the IK rig will reset the limbs to the original position (on some models). With a bit of good camera placement, the pose can look natural. I, and my ridiculously uneventful life, thank you.......one more question now I guess. Do you normally remove the rig after animating? I mean what exactly do you use your rigs for? I mean do you keep them attached for the entire movie/gif?

Just check "Show Hidden" you can still keep the rig and have the original bones.

To anyone else that had to google and watch a 5 minute video to find the location of said button, it's to the right of the + icon in the animation set window, just above the procedural effects window. Also, thank you! I needed this.
