If the model has a flex for spreads/expansions this is easily doable from the flexes menu. Most models do not come equipped with these. See Soria by vaako or plasmid's nude Tali for some that do have the flexes by default.

I really don't know if ther was another thread on this subject. Well this is my first post. Is there a way to make the asshole bigger to make more realistic? Same question for pussies? :(

Decompile the model, import the .smd/.vta into a 3d modeling program that supports source import/export shit: blender,3dsmax, and some others. I use blender, then I go to the flexes and add a new one and move the vertices farther away from each other at the pussy/anus, name it with a number not already existing such as 64 when there are already 63 flexes :DD Then, you go to .qc and make a version of it there's 3 parts to a flex Here's an example of mine: flex "ass_spread" frame 56 flexcontroller phoneme ass_spread "range" 0.000 1.000 %ass_spread = ass_spread But instead of ass_spread you would name whatever you want it to be called inside sfm and isntead of frame 56, you put it to the flex # you gave it in your 3d modeling program. And obviously you would have to re-export the model with the new .vta in order for this to work because the new .vta has the flex(es) you added. And finally, re-compile. LALALA and you're bounded to get some errors when compiling cuz the mdl decompiler makes trash like $hbox lines, delete all of those just to clean things up for yourself, don't have to though i think. And makes flexes like %blank and shit, delete that shit. just a note: decompiling fucks up bodygroups. You have to re-make em/
