Help with nude Pyro mod for TF2

I'm having an issue here, and there's no way for me to explain this in short. So sorry if the massive wall of text I'm posting here makes this seem overwelming. I had found a model of the TF2 Pyro as a female wearing a bikini. I changed the skin for it to have no bikini, and it's meant to be a reskin of the Pyro and replace the original in TF2. I'm having some trouble though. The only clothing this female Pyro is wearing is boots, gloves, and her mask. They're all black, so in-game I would have trouble telling who is on who's team, since there is no team color unless that person is wearing a hat with team color. Here is the model, the same one I'm working with (don't give me credit for making it though cuz I didn't): http://www.mediafire.com/download/1tl1f ... e_Pyro.zip I wanted to find a way to have her boots be red if she's on the red team, and blue if she's on the blue team. The model, though, uses the same "boots_red" texture for both of these skins, so on both teams she will wear the same color boots. And inside the "boots_red.vmt" (it's a material file) it uses "boots.vtf" as the base texture. The bikini that I took off of her was supposed to be what helps you tell which team she's on, but for obvious reasons that can't work what with me taking them off. Also, I opened the model in XVI32 to see what I can edit, and I found that the model only uses "boots_red" for both team colors. "boots_blu" isn't even used. Do any of you know if there's an easy way to make this work? It would be appreciated.

You need to have the bikini femme Pyro installed too

Reskinning a reskin is bullshit. The easiest way to get this nude model working in tf2 is to use valve's vpk.exe (located in TeamFortress2/bin). Create a shortcut of it in the custom folder. Extract the bikini pyro model into the same folder. Goto models/player and rename all the pyro_n3 files to pyro. !!!Do not mess up the extensions!!! Drag the dir onto the shortcut. CMD should pop-up providing some info. Then delete the dir and leave there the .vpk. Sadly, this still doesn't tell you if the player is RED or BLU. Enjoy.
