DARTH VADER IK rig help

Does anyone know a working rig script on Vader? I got him from this link: http://sfmbox.com/soul-calibur-iv/ I tried making my own IK rig script but it doesnt work. To anyone who already had a vader, could some1 help and check on it or sent me your working rig script please. Anyways, below here is my code:
