Anyone else notice this? I tried a rig for the soul calibur girls on the "stage" it worked, but only for a few in Digitalero Clubhouse....

Never happened to me. I'm guessing you've already tried to apply a wrong rig in those maps, which prevents the new ones to work (even if the model still shows up as unrigged). Try renaming the model's animation set and use the right script.
