Firstly I would improve the lighting, also to add more motion in the shoulders, they almost look stationary. This animation would make a good one but it looks well in it's infancy. Lighting should be from a number of angles, and off-white to naturalize lighting. Her movements are too consistent to be natural, making a robotic look, try adjusting each frame so it's different in some way. Try doing the pose yourself to see what else you can improve on.

Hmm, not bad; good to see there's more than just myself around here with a thing for Xeno's. I'm gonna give a bit of advice here. It appears you're using the Motion Editor for these animations. While that's not exactly a bad thing, it's not really meant for making fluid/natural animation. I'd recommend the Graph Editor from here on out. It's a bit tricky to learn at first, and may even seem like it's not worth it, or that it even takes longer. Well, trust me, it can a hell of a lot less of your time, and can make your animations look ten times better than they currently do. Haha, that's exactly the tutorial I followed to make my gifs :). If you mean that the last one looks crappy, it does, but that's what I get for working with gmod models in sfm. Thanks for the feedback anyway.

wow such xeno much potential so smooth wow Progressing nicely! I'd suggest working in more "lifelike" movements to really make the animations pop. Consider that, unless solid like a bone, bodies are a series of connected parts, and will more more "fluid" like the less solid they are, and react to each other accordingly. The hand is affected by the movement of the elbow which is affected by the shoulder which is affected by the upper torso which is affected by getting pounding int he butt and all that.

Improved version is in the works. I've decided to co-op with someone else, because I don't always see the errors I made. The lighting on this one kinda gives it a "spooky" atmosphere imho.

Sword-fight. :D Looking better, but smooth out the jitter a bit more, or just use like a fraction of a bar less. Also, once you get the base motions down, remove the locks on certain bones you've linked together, that should make it easier to adjust the fine points with them. Or, just hide Jade's hand behind Mileena's back, the you don't have to worry about it. ;)
