Don't think so. XNALara is a posing tool, not animation. The best you can get out of it is stop motion animation, which is a pain in the ass to put together as you have to capture and pose every frame manually.

I think I remember a plugin for xnalara that enables it to animate (not stop posing) you should check more on it's official forums,.

I have a plugin called XNAStraightPose where you have to load two poses (starting pose and ending pose) and the plugin creates a smooth transition between the poses.
However, it's very time consuming to make an entire animation with it, unless you want it to look very robotic and repeating.
