There was a point in time, I recall vividly, that jigglebones worked on dead npcs OR ragdolls. Is that not supported anymore with the current Gmod 13? If so, why would they dumb their own game down?

Is there a possibility that "they" don't know about it?
"iLurk" said ...Jigglebones are a Source engine feature. To fix it, you would need access to the Garry's Mod source code. Good luck getting that. You might be able to write some crude jigglebone simulation using a Lua script, but it would probably be terrible.
Also, is there another possibility that the community base could fix it or make it viable again with some separate game addition?
