Hi everyone. I'm new in Sfm. Is anyone can tell me how (or show me where I can find a tutorial because I don't find anything) to change clothes on a model and particulary how to have a shepard bare-chested with pants like the picture on the background of this forum. I'm french sorry for my bad English.

As far as I know, the Shepard in the background is a combination of two separate models.(one naked, one clothed) They are just positioned the models so that the two different parts line up.

Manually edit the position of a the bones you want hidden to be "NaN" (without the quotes)

Rather not, that drops the fps of my viewport from the usual 20-24 to 3(!). Now that SFM finally allows rescaling you can just shrink whatever body part you want into oblivion, that would be the simplest solution. You might also use alpha channel to make part of the mesh transparent, but that requires quite a bit of textures and materials editing.
