REALLY Need help!

So I made my first animation a few days ago, found out I did it the hardest way possible, frame by frame :l Any way I was watching a tutorial ( Finally ) by LordAvark I think, not sure, but I notice hes using the Global move tool, but it only moves the body like: Pelvis ( For the thrust effect! ) I desperately need to know how to do this! > Also I only have one window to work in, soo.... Yea... I also have all his IK rigs, the only models I actually like are: Nude Shaundi, Lolipop Chainsaw, and a nude male ( same in his tutorial, I think its Chris? ) Thanks a bunch!

I edited EVERY bone in the body of Chris, first with default rig, then simple, then the 2 MALE IK rigs that LordAvark ( I think ) Supplied, I followed his tutorial video the best I could, but x4 speed is really hard to follow... Any way, I used the GLOBAL MOVE tool the same way he or she did, and it just butt fucks the model and screws it, ill get a picture for you in a bit. Edit: Heres a picture of what I mean: Before you open, I have a 52" HD TV that I use as my monitor, so the picture may be massive. [spoiler:32x8fsuv][/spoiler:32x8fsuv]

From the image I can tell that there is no IK rig applied. Make sure you use the right IK rig. You'll see errors in the console when it fails.

As you can read from the error, it was unable to create the rig for the character. Spawn a second shepard model and try applying the rig to that one.

Also, it doesn't matter if you use a 52" screen. It's the resolution that counts. The resolution on yours looks to be only 1776x1000, which is smaller than something like 1080p.

Yes, you're really impressing us with the amount of videos you've watched to figure this out.

When maps have no lighting, it usually means that you either disabled lighting, or that the maps you are loading are not compiled with HDR.

I spawned in 3 of them, applied the rig, it only shows TypeError: exceptions must be old-style classes or derived from BaseException, not str And I have lighting enabled, I just popped into HAMMER and fixed it. Edit: Just tried EVERY IK rig that comes with the model itself, nothing seems to be working, it appears the default rigs are to complex for the Simple rig to understand.

When that happens that means that the IK rig is looking for a bone that isn't on the model, what was the rig you were using again?

I used the default Simple Rig, and then I tried to use LordAardvark ( Still not sure if thats right ) IK rigs that he/she or some one made for that exact model. Filename: LordAardvarkSFMRigs.rar
