"Ganonmaster" said ...I'm afraid not! I worked with the models in the size they were when I imported them. I'm trying to recall doing anything out of the ordinary, but really all I did was attach the rig that came with the model and move the model a bit using the rootTransform node before posing it.
Did you use the scale feature to resize any parts of the model perhaps?

Did you redownload and overwrite the model files perhaps? I had the same problem when I was testing the new Femshep model that Selph was doing for me, every new version broke the scene I was working on.
"Vitezislav" said ...I'm fairly certain I didn't overwrite the model I was working with at any point. I also don't remember locking anything, but I'm not entirely sure how to do that so I guess I might have done it by accident. At any rate, I ran a test. I made a new scene with the same argonian model that got messed up on the other scene. First I saved with the model on T-pose and a light. It still worked when I opened it. Then I posed it, saved and re-opened. Still worked. Then I added some animation, saved it, and restarted SFM to see if that might make a difference. Still worked. Things seem to point towards me doing something that messed it up. No idea what. Thanks for your input, by the by, I really appreciate it.
Locked any bones by accident and started moving others?
