Hi there, is anyone would be nice and make or show a good tutorial link to port SFM stuff into Gmod, or Port XNALARA stuff into gmod ? I really want to make models too, but since I'm just able to follow correctly the XnaLara to SFM tutorial, im pretty sure that I can try to port stuff too. Thanks in advance.

LordAardvark is putting together a very comprehensive guide on the subject. In the mean time you can use my guide. The process of porting models to Gmod is the same as it is for SFM, the only exception being ragdolls. You can use the models created using that guide in Garry's Mod and pose them with the Joint Tool. Making ragdolls requires you to create a physics model in 3ds Max or Blender and adding several more instructions to your QC file. Basic information on that can be found here. However, if you're looking for an easy illustrated guide on the subject, I wouldn't know where to point you.

I have only one question: I can't find a decompiler for sfm models. I mean that usual mdl decompiler crashes when used with SFM only ragdolls. Does it at least exist? Because I want new Lara for my gmod, I want some other models, but they don't have physics and don't even spawn as effects in Gmod.

I think that's because Valve made changes to the model format with Source Filmmaker. Garry's mod doesn't use the new version of the engine, so it doesn't know how to handle those files. Same goes for the model decompiler, so I don't think you can decompile models made with the SFM SDK yet.
