How to Jigglebones?

I'm trying to add breast and hair jigglebones to the Cammy White model (http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=75839) cept I don't know what I'm doing. I've seen https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/$jigglebone but I don't know where to put the command nor do I know good values for it. If anyone could help it'd be greatly appreciated.

AFAIK there will be a .qc file when you decompile it. open that with a text editor and put it there. try copy/pasting values from another model with jiggles and replace the bone names.

An average jiggle bones look like this, for boobs/butt
$jigglebone "breasts" {
is_flexible {
yaw_stiffness 100
yaw_damping 5
pitch_stiffness 100
pitch_damping 5
tip_mass 20
length 20
angle_constraint 90 } }	
Replace the stuff in "" in this case I put breasts with the name of the bone you want to become the jiggle bone.
